A strong assessment is only valuable when hiring managers know how to use the results.
That is where Scheig Solutions’ My Account Portal, or MAP, becomes essential. MAP turns applicant assessment data into a clear, practical workflow so managers can move from “Who applied?” to “Who should we interview next?” with greater speed, consistency, and confidence.
MAP is the operational backbone of the Scheig Solutions hiring system. SelectRight™ provides the behavioral science that identifies applicants with the greatest probability of success, while MAP gives hiring teams the organized environment they need to manage applicants, review results, and apply the process consistently across jobs and locations.
MAP’s power is its simplicity. Rather than overwhelming users with unnecessary features, MAP focuses on what matters most: applicant status, completed assessments, pending assessments, assessment links, locations, users, and Applicant Score Reports. This clean structure helps managers quickly see what needs attention and take the next step without confusion.
For completed assessments, MAP helps managers act on the most predictive information first: the T-Score. Scheig Solutions uses standardized T-Scores to compare applicants on the same scale, with T=50 representing the average. Applicants scoring above that point demonstrate stronger alignment with the job-specific behaviors identified in superior performers, while those below 50 are generally not recommended unless hiring conditions require additional flexibility.
MAP also makes the Applicant Score Report easy to access and use. The ASR provides a concise view of the applicant’s T-Score, experience indicators, and any unwilling responses. This helps managers prepare focused interviews, clarify possible concerns, and spend time with candidates who have already demonstrated stronger behavioral alignment with the position.
Just as importantly, MAP helps keep the hiring process moving. Pending assessments can be monitored, Session IDs can be retrieved, and correct assessment links can be used across job boards, emails, social media, employment pages, and walk-in recruiting. That means fewer stalled applicants, cleaner data, and faster follow-up.
Confident hiring does not come from guesswork. It comes from using objective, job-specific data in a consistent process. MAP helps managers do exactly that—turning assessment results into timely, informed, and defensible hiring action.
